Mexico's South Plaza
South Plaza is a new 3-acre mini mall located at 3600 South Clark Street (on busy Business Highway 54 South). It is an attractive location and modern facility with great "curb appeal!" Phase 2 of the mini mall has recently been completed, and three 1,200 to 1,500 square-foot spaces are available to lease NOW or you can lease larger spaces up to a full 4,000 square feet. About 1 acre of undeveloped land is available. For the right business, South Plaza will construct a building to suit your requirements, or the area is available for sale. The location would be perfect for a new restaurant.
South Plaza has easy access for cars to enter and exit the facility, plenty of parking and excellent visibility from the highway. According to the Missouri Highway Department's "average daily traffic assessment" for Business Highway 54 South, 16,000 vehicles pass by South Plaza per day. This is the busiest highway in Mexico.
Located in the booming southern corridor of Mexico, South Plaza is next door to the Teal Lake Inn (Best Western) and 1/2 mile from the new Wal-Mart Super Center. The first phase of development, shown in the photo below right, has 5,500 square feet of space and all three portions of Phase 1 are full.

Phase 2 is shown in the left photo above. Three 1,200 to 1,500 square foot spaces are available now. About 1 acre of undeveloped land between Teal Lake Inn and South Plaza is available to be purchased, or South Plaza will construct a building to suit your requirements.
