The first phase of the South Plaza of Mexico, Missouri, development has 5,500 square feet of space. Phase 2 has just been completed. Only one 1,350 square-foot space is still available to lease NOW. South Plaza is next door to the Teal Lake Inn (Best Western), shown in the right photo above, and only 1/2 mile from the new Wal-Mart Super Center. South Plaza has easy access for cars to enter and exit the facility (left photo above), plenty of parking and excellent visibility from Business Highway 54 South. A Missouri Highway Department report states that an average of 16,000 vehicles pass by South Plaza every day. This is the busiest highway in Mexico. South Plaza is only 1/2 mile from the new Wal-Mart Super Center. At right, Phase 2 which is now completed, is shown under construction on the east side of the development.
